SPYCE - YOUR SYSTEM ALWAYS UNDER CONTROL

SPYCE is an automated monitoring and failure detection service for grid connected PV systems. It is based on the PVSAT-2 procedure, which was developed as a part of the EU programme „energy, environment and sustainable development“ and was assisted in Switzerland by the State Secretariat for Education and Research. SPYCE analyses daily and automatically the performance of PV systems and visualises all data on a secured internet platform. In case of a malfunction, the responsible persons are alerted via email or sms and informed about the probable reasons. Thus the outage time of PV systems as well as the effort for monitoring is drastically reduced and the profitability is increased. The test phase of SPYCE is running now. The commercial application will start in 2006 as a joint venture of Enecolo AG and Meteotest. More information about SPYCE you find on the homepage www.spyce.de. There you can also have a look on the production values of a demo PV system if you klick on the button "Demo-Login" in the column on the right side.
